UPDATE [12-7-09]: Version 8.1 boasts small edits, mainly connecting the Rasiel to the 00 (as confirmed by the PG 00 Raiser manual), and correcting the error of the XN 00 Gundam, now correctly listed as the 00 XN Raiser.
UPDATE [11-27-09]: Version 8.0 is here. I can't believe I didn't add these before, but the Full Armor 0 Gundam, Gundam Artemie, and XN 00 Gundam are now on the chart. I also fixed the spelling for the 00 Qan[T]
UPDATE [11-26-09]: Version 7.5 adds a spot for the GN-0000GNHW/7SG 00 Gundam Seven Sword/G (no picture required, due to the only difference between it and the 00 Seven Sword being the GN Sword II Blaster). Also added placeholders for the GNT-0000 00 Quan[T], GN-010 Gundam Zabanya, GN-011 Gundam Harute, and CB-002 Raphael Gundam (model numbers confirmed by the PG 00 Raiser manual).
UPDATE [7-23-09]: Version 7.0 moves 00 back up with the other 4th Gens, and adds the GNHW versions of Cherudim, Arios, and Seravee, as well as Seravee GNHW/3G and the GN-00902 SEM.
UPDATE [5-30-09]: Version 6.0 adds the 0 Gundam (Type A.C.D.).
UPDATE [5-20-09]: Long-overdue Version 5.2 adds the Exia Repair II. And I'm thinking of doing two things: Either nixing 00 Raiser, leaving 00 Raiser and just adding the XN 00 Raiser next to it when lineart comes out, or expanding the chart again so there's room for Archer Arios and the GNHW versions of Cherudim, Arios, and Seravee. I could use some comments on this
UPDATE [4-18-09]: Version 5.0 adds the Arios Ascalon, as well as the Virtue Physical type.
UPDATE [1-28-09]: Version 4.0 is up. Got off my lazy ass and increased the size to 3800 x 3500 pixels so I could move 00 down to its own level, since supposedly it's the /only/ fourth-generation Gundam *eye roll, believes otherwise but w/e*. And I added 00 Raiser. Will add Archer Arios once there is color lineart of it. You're welcome
UPDATE [1-22-09]: Uploaded version 3.5. Added GN-009 Seraphim Gundam.
UPDATE [12-23-08]: Uploaded version 3.0. Another size increase (3800 x 3000 pixels), put Rasiel in line with the other third-generation Gundams, and added the Gundam Exia Repair, 00 Gundam Seven Sword, and Cherudim Gundam SAGA.
UPDATE [09-27-08]: Uploaded version 2.0. This version is much bigger (3200 x 2400 pixels, as compared to the previous version's 2000 x 1825), with more space and larger pictures. I also connected the Rasiel to the 0 Gundam, added the Astrea Type F2, and added the new mobile suit that was revealed in 00V, the Nadleeh Akwos.
UPDATE [08-26-08]: Uploaded version 1.5, which includes the newly-announced Gundam Rasiel. It's said to be a third generation suit, but since I'm still unsure as to where exactly it fits in, I'm just putting it off to the side with a "?" symbol. Once more is revealed about it, I'll put it in its proper place (and prolly have to remake this whole damn thing x.x)
This is a family tree detailing the evolution of the mobile suits from Celestial Being. I saw a similar family tree made by another person on a message board, and was inspired to do my own. BUT MINE IS NOT JUST A COPY. The basic layout is the same, but mine is different:
* Added model number and names for all Gundams. * Added different color lines for the 00V Gundams. * Added the four Gundams from Season Two
And if it seems crooked, sorry my hand is rather unsteady. But hey, nothing's perfect, right?
I hope this can be helpful for any Gundam fans wanting to know how all these machines are connected together ^^

I like this family tree I think it would definitely help out the gundam noobs. I was wondering where the thrones and GNX's would go? The thrones were probably inspired by the orginal GN-000 O gundam and the GNX 603T GN-X's are mass produced and simplified versions of the thrones
True, but I didn't include them due to the whole "false solar furnace" deal. I suppose you can say this is a family tree of the machines that use REAL solar furnaces

Since Avalanche Exia is a modified Exia, why not make the Virtue just like a variation of the Nadleeh?

Yeah, the revealing of the Rasiel messed it up a bit but I'm going to wait for some more information about it before I add it in.

Rasiel is indeed a 3rd Gen Gundam. And since it was used as a platform for perfecting the predecessor of GN Arms (GN Sefer), I'm guessing it was the first 3rd Gen Suit created. And also, Cherudim, Seravee and Arios are still 3rd Gen Suits (just improved), 00 is the only 4th Gen Suit. Anyway, good work!

From how i interpretated it, it is a third gen suit, that is one of the bases for the four new Gundams ^^
